i have stumbled onto grace jones again and i am glad i did.

Its a nice start to start 2010 to be stumbling onto something u liked last time and be reminded of why u actually liked it again. retrospective eh?

hmmm. so 2009 came and went as fast as my belly has expanded. which is fast by the way. I guess if the mayans are really right, im gonna die(so are you all) in like 2 years time. HAHA. (oh god i wanna live longer.)

but alas, I guess I should actually reflect on my 2009.

2009 was great cause:

• I got good a level grades
• I survived abt 11 mths of army with nth very bad coming along my way
• I guess strictly speaking I made some friends(yes I know, MIRACLES DO HAPPEN)
• I'm slowly trying to find out more about myself(self discovery is Very important for me even if you may think of it as a trivial thing to do)
• coming to terms with flaws I never was comfortable with
• I had an amazing birthday even though I was duped about the cake and muffins, TSK!
• I got in some universities.
• I bought nigella express(yes after suppressing the urge for 9 mths, i finally bought it when it was on offeR!)
• I found a new way to download music. its using itunes la itunes. tsk!
• my obsession with lady gaga is greater than ever! WOO GA GA OOH LA LA
• My family is still healthy and we weathered one year again!

thats all that i can think of. i mean, my brain is selective in remembering things ya.

2009 was not all that great cause

• I got rejected by NUS. (bitch!)
• I became a technician instead of a clerk!zzz
• I frequently lost my temper
• Susan boyle sold more albums than gaga(c'mon la gaga shld have sold more right? shes better than subo)(i think)
• I DID NOT GET A GF(not tt i was finding one lam but still....)
• I am one year older and I inch 2wards the 20 mark.( notice the use of 2s) oh god the big 2.

so i think i should be quite contented la. cause i think 2009 was not bad a year for me. Well, my yearly zodiac said I would have a great year anws. LOL. but not for 2010. should pray for more amulets and stuff. haha! and you know im serious when I said that....

for 2010, i hope to achieve these

1. driving license
2. erm, piano? again?
3. do more notes
4. get more notes
5. smile more(AGAIN) (SMILE SMILE SMILE)ZZZZ
6. Be less of a dumb block
7. be less angsty
8. Buy those colour blind contact lenses
9. apply for one more university. in....HONG.....KING KONG
10. gf? no? yea? wait for some despo hot girl throw herself at me.
    

i think for now, yes. this is all. i could go on and on(just like erykah badus debut single) and not achieve anything in the end. such is that of human nature eh.

anws, for now, lets hope for a successful 2010 and bid 2009 adieu! a great year it has been.
